Devin has been playing the pipes within the solo circuit off and on since about 2002. He started playing the pipes with the Manchester Pipe Band of Manchester, CT at the age of 8. Devin recently moved to DC after being abroad for some years and reached out to MacMillan after a search of pipe bands in the area. His favorite part of MacMillan and the pipe band world in general is the community of people.
