Vic Frank is a piper from Silver Spring, MD. He began piping under the tuition of P/M Sandy Jones. Before joining MacMillan, he played in the Denny & Dunipace, Scottish & Irish Imports, and City of Washington Pipe Band. Vic played a part in the City of Washington’s 1999 grade 2 World Pipe Band Championship win. He holds a PhD in Second Language Acquisition of Russian and works as a research manager at the University of Maryland. His long-suffering wife and daughter make his continued piping journey possible.
